Pilgrim Mennonite Church is located in Amelia, [[Virginia (USA)|Virginia]], USA. The church originated in 1955 after four Mennonite families moved from the Norfolk, Virginia area after a military base was established close to their properties. The new Pilgrim congregation was initially a member of the [[Virginia Mennonite Conference (Mennonite Church USA)|Virginia Mennonite Conference]]. [[Kramer, Eli Daniel (1899-1966)|Eli Kramer]], Pilgrim's bishop, withdrew from the Virginia Conference in 1959 over matters of church practice and discipline in areas of jewelry, cut hair for women, and life insurance. The Pilgrim congregation also withdrew, and asked Kramer to continue to be their bishop.

Pilgrim Mennonite Church is located in Amelia, Virginia, USA.
