Lysken Smits, was an Anabaptist martyr, who (according to Offer des Heeren and later Dutch martyr-books, including van Braght) was executed in 1560 at Antwerp, Belgium, by being drowned in a tub. Lysken Smits is likely identical with Elisabeth Christiaens (Kerstiaens), who according to the records was drowned in a tub at the Steen castle at Antwerp on 16 March 1560. The name of Lysken Smits is found in a hymn, "Aenhoort Godt, hemelsche Vader" (Hear, O God, heavenly father), No. 16 in the Lietboecxken van den Offer des Heeren.
