Severn Mennonite Church is located in Margarettsville, North Carolina, USA. The church originated in 1993 when several families that had been traveling a long distance to the Hope Mennonite Church, and the decision was made to open a church in a new area. The first service was held 25 July 1993. Initially services were held in homes and a community hall, but by mid-October 1993 the group met in two office trailers pulled together to serve as a church and school.
In 1996 the congregation moved into a new church building, with attached school rooms.
In 2014 the church had 68 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team included Bishop Dale Eugene Miller, Minister James A. Myers, and Deacons Philip M. Hackman and Jay Halteman.
