Simmie Hutterite Colony in Simmie, Saskatchewan, was founded in 1964 (Hofer says 1961) as a division from the New York Hutterite Colony. In 2012 the Simmie Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony. The minister was Henry Hofer and the manager was Jerry S. Hofer.
