Flintstone Mennonite Mission (Washington-Franklin Mennonite Conference) is located near Flintstone, Maryland. The first services were held in private homes about 1925, but later, with the exception of a few years were held in a Brethren church nearby. The work was in charge of the district mission board of Washington County, Maryland, and Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Mennonite Conference. In 1954 a meetinghouse was built for the group by the Mennonites of Washington County, Maryland. The 1953 membership was six.
In 2014 the church was led by Minister James R. Petre and Deacon Seth L. Lowry. The church had 57 members.
