Porter Mennonite Church (Western Conservative Mennonite Fellowship) in the foothills near Estacada, Oregon, was established in 1939 as an outgrowth of a rural visitation project of the Bethel Mennonite Church of Canby, Oregon. In 1955, 20 members organized as a congregation of the Pacific Coast Mennonite Conference. Ernest J. Bontrager was the minister in charge. Services were held weekly in a small church built in 1943.
In 2014 the church was a member of the Western Conservative Mennonite Fellowship. It was led by Bishop Edwin J. Bontrager, Minister Nolan O. Bechtel, and Deacon E. LaVern Miller. The church had 76 members.
The congregation was initially known as Porter Mission.
