Maeyken Truyens, an Anabaptist martyr, executed at Antwerp, Belgium, on 19 January 1577 because she had been (re) baptized and frequented Mennonite meetings. Particulars about this martyr are lacking. With her Geertruyt Faes and Laureys Janssen suffered martyrdom. They were the last Mennonites to die in Antwerp.
