Ridgeview Mennonite Church (Gordonville, Pennsylvania, USA)
The Ridgeview Mennonite Church, Gordonville, Pennsylvania, USA, began as a church plant of the Maple Grove Mennonite Church in Atglen. Maple Grove's facilities had become crowded, and in 1960 it created a committee to prepare a financial plan to construct a building for a new congregation. Groundbreaking on a plot of land 1.5 miles northeast of Intercourse, Pennsylvania took place in September 1961, and Ridgeview held its first services on 24 June 1962.
The Maple Grove ministers provided pastoral leadership until Elam G. Lantz was ordained on 3 February 1963. The congregation added an educational wing in 1969/70 and added a larger sanctuary and fellowship hall in 1989.
In 2021 the congregation was part of the Atlantic Coast Conference of Mennonite Church USA.
