Box 178, Crystal City, MB, R0K 0N0. (204) 873-2336. Minister Erwin Kroeker served in 2000 as a congregational leader. In 1965 there were 125 members; in 1975, 187; in 1985, 217; in 1995, 197; in 2000, 196. The congregation has been affiliated with the Mennonite Church Manitoba, the Conference of Mennonites in Canada / Mennonite Church Canada and the General Conference Mennonite Church (until 1999). The language of worship is English; the transition from German occurred in the 1960s.

The congregation began services in 1927. The first building was occupied in 1948, with a subsequent building program in 1958. Franz F. Enns is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through immigration from the Soviet Union. The congregation was previously part of Whitewater church.

After a new meetingplace was constructed in 1958 the old one was moved to Mather and there rebuilt for the use of the Mather congregation.
