Word of Life Mission Church (Niverville, Manitoba, Canada)

The Word of Life Mission Church in Niverville, MB began services about 1957. The first building was occupied in 1963. Jake Rempel is considered the founding leader of the group. The congregation originated through division from the Niverville Chortitzer Mennonite Church.

This group, composed primarily of former Chortitzer members, originally met in the sanctuary of its parent church. It is unaffiliated with any Mennonite conference, though it was given pastoral leadership by the Evangelical Mennonite Mission Conference in the beginning.

The congregation has been unaffiliated. The language of worship is English. The senior pastor in 2000 was Tassos Xanthopoulos. The church is located at 233 3rd St. South.
