Frederik Caspar Wieder (1874-1943), librarian of the Dutch Royal Library at The Hague, is the author of De Schriftuurlijke Liedekens (The Hague, 1900), which gives a thor­ough account of 16th-century Dutch hymnbooks, including all Mennonite hymnals.
