The Union Grove New Order Amish settlement near Union Grove, Iredell County, North Carolina, USA was established in 1985. The settlement started as a daughter community of the Guthrie, Kentucky, New Order Amish.

The first services were held 27 May 1985; a church house was built in 1990. Ministers Thomas Peachey and Uriel Miller were among the first settlers in the community.

Union Grove families in 2014 engaged in farming, woodworking, various forms of construction, including storage buildings, a creamery and a store. Union Grove is an "electric" New Order Amish community.

In 2013 Union Grove began a sister settlement in Chatham, Virginia, located about two hours northeast of Union Grove.

The Whispering Pines Christian Day School began in 1985 on the sun porch of Thomas Peachey's house. A small house was for two years, followed by 14 years in a double mobile unit purchased from the county. In 2002 a school building constructed.

In 2014 the settlement was part of the New Order Amish. The bishop was Mark Schlabach. There was one district with a total of 28 family units.
