Timberville Mennonite Church is located in Timberville, Virginia. The church was organized in 1985 with Harold B. Emswiler as the founding pastor. Enswiler has previously pastored the Bethesda Mennonite Church in the Southeastern Conference.

In 2010 the Timberville congregations sponsored formation of the Calvary Mennonite Fellowship, which met in the Eastern Mennonite Seminary Chapel under the leadership of George Brunk II.

In 2018 the church was an independent Mennonite congregation with 26 members. The ministerial team included Minister Fred Rodes and Deacon Tony R. Layman.
