Theunis, Jacob (17th century)
Jacob Theunis (Teunsen) was an elder of the Janjacobsgezinden in the Netherlands. He was ordained at Hoorn on 20 September 1603, by Jan Jacobsz himself. Theunis, who was active until 1618, doing much traveling, baptized 700 persons. He also stayed in Prussia, where he baptized a few persons.
