This template creates a full footer for GAMEO articles with three authors. It calls several other templates.
Parameters:
* hp: Herald press citation
* date: Publication date for the citation
* a1_last, a1_first: First  author, last and first names
* a2_last, a2_first: Second author, last and first names
* a3_last, a3_first: Third author, last and first names
