Southern Hills Church of God in Christ, Mennonite (Campbellsburg, Indiana, USA)
The Southern Hills Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation between Campbellsburg and Hardinsburg, Indiana, USA was established in 1997. The congregation started as a project of the Colonization Board of the denomination in 1995. The Mission Board placed a couple in the area in 1996, and in January 1997, helped to fix up a former one-room school for services. The congregation was formally organized on 15 April 1997.
An old house was partially renovated for a school in January 1997 and more completely renovated as a school and worship center by the end of the year. The congregation has continued to operate the Southern Hills Mennonite School. The congregation moved to its present location about 2000.
In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The ministers were Mark Ratzlaff, Stanley Johnson, and Greg Yost.
