South Coatesville Mennonite Church (Coatesville, Pennsylvania, USA)
The South Coatesville Mennonite Church, Coatsville, Pennsylvania, USA, was a church plant of the Ridgeview Mennonite Church. It started with Sunday School for children in the Coatesville area. In early 1978 the Ridgeview congregation purchased the former Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses initially built in 1918 as a Presbyterian Church. The first service in the building was held in May 1978. It became a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference in 1979.
Mervin and Ruth Stoltzfus had the vision for this outreach, and Mervin served as pastor beginning in January 1979.
The church closed in 1984.
