The <em>Minutes and Reports of the Western District Conference</em>, starting 1913, list a Salem Mennonite Church at Weatherford, OK, which is likely the same congregation. The last time the church is mentioned in the <em>Minutes</em> was in 1918, at which time it was represented by R. Riesen.
