Rusterhel, Jakob
Jakob Rusterhel (Ruster[holz]), an Anabaptist martyr, a cabinetmaker by trade, of Horgerberg in the Swiss district of Grüningen, was arrested in Zürich and imprisoned in the Oethenbach prison, where he was so unmercifully treated that in a weakened condition he promised to attend the (Reformed) church services. But he repented and was rearrested, and sick as he was he was taken to prison in chains and died there.
