Prairie Mennonite Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Herbert, Saskatchewan, Canada)
Prairie Mennonite Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Herbert, Saskatchewan, was incorporated in 1941, but was in existence earlier. In 1953 it had approximately 600 patrons in southern Saskatchewan. The company covered losses by fire, windstorm, and lightning. In 1953 it paid out about $10,000 on $3 million of insured property.
