The Plains Conservative Mennonite congregation near Osler, Saskatchewan began services in 1981. Larry Baer, Dave Plett, and Lorne Troyer are considered the founding leaders of the group. The congregation originated through outreach by individuals.

In 1985 there were 18 members; in 1995, 41; in 2000, 39; in 2009, 37. The congregation has been affiliated with the Nationwide Fellowship Churches since 1981. The language of worship is English.

Minister Henry Peters served in 2009 as a congregational leader.
