The Okeene Mennonite Brethren Church, also sometimes called the Ebenfeld Church, located at Okeene, OK, was organized on 20 April 1903 with Adam Fischer as the first leader. Heinrich Rusch, an ordained minister, served the church 1903-1932. The following have served as pastors: R. C. Seibel 1932-1935, H. H. Hiebert 1935-1937, Waldo Wiebe 1937, Dan Friesen 1939-1944, Arthur Willems 1944-1948, Henry Heinrichs 1948-1952, E. C. Ollenburger 1952- . The membership in 1954 was 91, with J. C. Neufeld as leader.
