Network Church, The (Kitchener, Ontario, Canada)
The Network Church, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, was established in 2012 as a non-traditional church plant. It has related to Mennonite Church Eastern Canada.
From its beginning the church has met as small groups in homes. There is an emphasis on simplicity, close community, and working towards "practical compassion, justice, and relationships" with others around them. This has included street parties in the downtown Kitchener neighborhood, and reaching out to the homeless in the community.
On its Facebook page the church said "The Network Church is about living out your Christian faith in a way that focuses on small enriching communities, and practical compassion-- locally, and globally."
In 2016 pastoral leadership was provided by Devon Wagler.
The Network ceased to operate in October 2020.
