Mill Creek Mennonite Church (Spring Hope, North Carolina, USA)
The Spring Creek Mennonite Church began in 2015 as a church plant of the Severn Mennonite Church. The first service was held at the White Level Lion's Club building on 19 July 2015 with 52 persons in attendance. A two-room school opened in September 2015 with 10 students.
In 2018 the church had 25 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team included Minister James A. Myers, and Deacon Jay Halteman.
