Johannes Petrus Matthijssen studied at the missionary high school in Oegstgeest (The [[Netherlands|Netherlands]]) and at [[Goshen Biblical Seminary (Goshen, Indiana, USA)|Goshen Biblical Seminary]] ([[United States of America|United States]]).
