Madison Mennonite Church is located in Madison, New York, USA. The church originated in summer 1990 after the the Christian Light Fellowship in Bedford, Pennsylvania, chose six families by lot in 1989 to begin a colonization effort in an area with dairy farms and openness to a conservative message.

In 1993 the church ordained John Beiler as its first local bishop. In the 1990s, the congregation helped Ukrainian immigrants start their own parochial elementary schools.
