Lower Barton Creek Colony (Cayo, Belize)

Lower Barton Creek was a Mennonite colony founded in 1973 in the Cayo District of Belize. The colony comprised of approximately 101 to 500 individuals in 2010 and a land area of 900 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Shipyard (Belize).
