Little Belize Colony (Corozal, Belize)

Little Belize (also called Freshwater Creek) was a Mennonite colony founded in 1979 in the Corozal district of Belize. The colony comprised of approximately 2,501 to 5,000 individuals in 2010 and a land area of 2,900 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Shipyard (Belize).
