The Jane Finch Faith Community was first known as the Black Creek Faith Community. Pastors Clayton Kuepfer and Amy Kuepfer served in 2008 as congregational leaders. In 1995 there were 10 members; in 2000, 22. The congregation has been affiliated with the Mennonite Church Eastern Canada (1993-) and the Conference of Mennonites in Canada / Mennonite Church Canada (1995-).
