The Iglesia de Cristo Misión Menonita in El Cerrón, El Salvador was established in 1981. The congregation resulted from mission outreach by Beachy Amish Mennonites following development work by Amish Mennonite Aid that began in 1962.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 33. The bishop was Philip Glick and the minister was Eli Glick.

The Beachy Amish conference in El Salvador is called Iglesia Evangélica Menonita, El Salvador.
