The Iglesia Cristiana Lirio de los Valles of San Salvador, [[El Salvador]] was established in 1984. The congregation resulted from mission outreach by Beachy Amish Mennonites following development work by [[Amish Mennonite Aid]] that began in 1962. 

In 2017 the church was a member of the [[Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship]] and had a membership of 22. The bishop was Arthur Nisly and the minister was Santos Reyes Aguilar.

The conference in El Salvador is called [[Iglesia Evangélica Menonita, El Salvador]].
