Jorisz Huig, an otherwise unknown [[Anabaptism|Anabaptist]] martyr, was beheaded with his brother Quirijn Jorisz on 22 January 1550 at [[Delft (Zuid-Holland, Netherlands)|Delft]], Dutch province of South Holland, because of being an Anabaptist. They were natives of [[Delfshaven (Zuid-Holland, Netherlands)|Delfshaven]] near Rotterdam. Their goods were confiscated. About these martyrs we only know by the statement of account of the sheriff of Delft.
