Hope Valley Mennonite Church is located in Flatgap, Kentucky, USA. The church was organized in 1990 after the Faith Hills Mennonite Church had reached capacity in the 1980s.

A committee of four men searched for a location within commuting distance of Rod and Staff Publishers that would serve as a mission outreach. In July 1989 a property in Flatgap, Kentucky was purchased. In consultation with church members, three bishops, including Bishop William Schueler, selected the charter members and leadership for the new church. James Boll was chosen to be the minister and Lester Miller to be the deacon.

Construction of the church began in November 1989, with the first worship service in the new building held 1 July 1990.

In 2005 Hope Valley and Faith Hills worked together to plant the Grayson Mennonite Church.

In 2018 the church had 77 members and was a member of the Nationwide Fellowship Churches. The ministerial team included Ministers Sidney Sensenig and Alvin Zimmerman and Deacons Joseph Showalter and Walter Martin.
