The Homeworth Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation near Homeworth, Ohio, USA was established in 1959. The congregation has its roots in a group of believers beginning in 1951 when Daniel and Alma Martin, formerly part of the Ohio Wisler Mennonite Churches, were baptized in Wauseon, Ohio. A small group drawn from former members of other conservative Anabaptist groups used a former schoolhouse north of New Franklin and west of Homeworth. The congregation formally organized in late 1959.

In 1960 the group moved to a rented Methodist church building in Hartville, Ohio, and in 1964 to a larger church building east of Hartville and then a Grange Hall. The congregation then built its own building on donated land four miles southeast of Hartville. By 1977 the center of the congregation had shifted, and a new building was erected on Bandy Road south of Homeworth in Columbiana County.

The Bethel School began in a wing of the new church in 1977. In 1994 a brick building four miles southwest of Homewood was built for the school.

In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The ministers were Joe Unruh and Neal Yoder.
