Hillcrest Home (formerly Hillcrest Home for the Aged), Harrison, Arkansas, is owned by the county but operated by the Mission Interests Committee of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Church. A seventeen-bed home was opened 3 August 1953. Eli Helmuth of Hutchinson, Kansas, was the administrator of the home for the first years after its opening, and his wife the dietitian. In addition two young men (usually on I-W assignment) and four young women completed the staff in 1955. All workers were drawn from the Old Order Amish, Beachy Amish or other conservative Mennonite churches. Operating costs were more than met by the fees paid by the guests.

In 2005 the Home had 93 beds, and continued a strong program of utilizing young people in voluntary service activity.
