Hazaribagh (Jharkhand, India)

Hazaribagh, a political district in the state of Jharkhand (formerly the southern part of the state of Bihar), India, the northern area of which comprises the eastern part of the Bihar Mennonite Mission (Mennonite Church) field. It contains Kodarma, the first place occupied by the missionaries, and Chatra, another important town.
