The Harmony Springs Mennonite Church south of Avera, Georgia, USA, was formally established in 1992. The congregation began after the Pinecrest congregation in Stapleton had expanded its building for the fourth time and remained short of space. A yearlong discernment process resulted in a new group beginning to meet in the former Walker Baptist Association building that had formerly been a school. The congregation was formally organized on 24 April 1992.

In 1993 the congregation bought a former Mormon church building in Edgehill. The group met there for much of 1993 but moved the building to the current property in September 1994.

The congregation's students attend the Pinecrest Mennonite School.

In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The ministers were Verle Giesbrecht and Lee Unruh.
