Emmanuel Mennonite Brethren Church (Onida, South Dakota, USA)
Emmanuel Mennonite Brethren Church (formerly Emmanuel Krimmer Mennonite Brethren Church), located six miles (10 km) straight east of Onida, Sully County, South Dakota, was organized on 10 October 1920 with 28 members, under the leadership of David J. S. Mendel, who served it as pastor up to the fall of 1934. In the spring of 1940 Edwin F. Walter accepted the call as pastor of the church.
Its 1955 membership was 99, with E. L. Hofer as pastor. In 2008 the pastor was L. Michael Patrick.
