The Emmanuel Fellowship Church in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA was started in 1967. The church had its origins in some Old Order River Brethren families that sought revivalist-style reforms. They received assistance in organizing from Bishop Yost H. Miller of Holmes County, Ohio.

In 2018 the church had 70 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team included Ministers Keith Sensenig and Deacons Mark L. Rock and Lynn Edward Gayman.
