El Manantial Mennonite Church is located eight km. east of Ascensión de Guarayos, Santa Cruz, Bolivia. It was established in 2015.

In 2018 the congregation was affiliated with the Nationwide Fellowship Churches and had 39 members. David Wall was the minister and Peter Neufeld was the deacon. Worship services were held in German.
