Delhi Old Order Amish Settlement (Delaware County, Iowa, USA)

The Old Order Amish settlement south of Delhi, Iowa, USA began in 2011 as the result of conflict within the nearby Edgewood, Iowa Amish community. The new Delhi group resisted a bishop's ruling that Amish men could only work off the farm two days per week. The Delhi Amish found this to be unrealistic financially given land prices for farms.

Ministers Daniel N. Miller and John Henry Yoder were among those who moved to the new Delhi settlement in 2011. A local bishop, Samuel J. Miller, was ordained in 2013.

In late 2013 the Delhi settlement included 23 families in one district (congregation). About half the group were farmers, with the rest doing construction work. Members also operated a bulk food store, a bakery, a general store, and a "Bent-N-Dent" store.
