The Clay Street Amish Mennonite Church in Bourbon, Indiana, USA was established in 1988. The congregation started as a daughter congregation of the Maple Lawn Amish Mennonite Church.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 49. The bishop was Wade L. Burkholder, and the ministers were Scott D. Burkholder, David Raber and Aaron Yoder.
