Claes Janssen (d. 1535)
Claes Janssen, by trade a glaismaicker (glass blower, or painter on glass), was sentenced to death, 14 May 1535 at Amsterdam, because he had taken part in the Anabaptist revolt at Amsterdam, 10-11 May. He was executed with 10 companions in a barbarous manner.
