The Chula settlement of the [[Groffdale Old Order Mennonite Conference|Groffdale Old Order Mennonite]] Church began in 2006 as an outreach from the original [[Morgan-Moniteau Old Order Mennonite Settlement (Missouri, USA)|Morgan-Moniteau settlement]]. It is located in Livingston County near the town of Chula, [[Groffdale Old Order Mennonite Meetinghouse (Leola, Pennsylvania, USA)|Missouri]], and lies about 150 miles (241 km) northwest of the Morgan-Moniteau community. As of 1 January 2011, this settlement had no meetinghouse, but had two ministers and a deacon. The ministers were Nevin H. Nolt (ordained 2002) and Harry N.
