Jakob Braun, born 9 August 1791, died 15 December 1868, was the first elder of the [[Bergthal Mennonite Settlement (Zaporizhia Oblast, Ukraine)|Bergthal Mennonite Settlement]] in South [[Russia|Russia]] ([[Ukraine|Ukraine]]).
