Bhutanese-Nepali Church of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA)
The Bhutanese-Nepali Church of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, began in the mid-2000s. It is comprised of refugees who resettled in Pittsburgh. After much conversation, and particularly after reading A Confession of Faith in a Mennonite Perspective, the group chose to affiliate with the Allegheny Mennonite Conference in March 2011. Sandeep Thomas, an Allegheny Conference licensed minister, worked with the Bhutanese-Nepali group beginning in 2007, and helped to connect them to Mennonites.
The congregation has been pastored by Ser Darji since its formation. The congregation has met at the Crafton Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh
In 2021 the congregation was part of the Mosaic Mennonite Conference.
