Beulah Church of God in Christ, Mennonite (Versailles, Missouri, USA)
The Beulah Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation near Versailles, Missouri, USA was established in 1972. The congregation began when families from Kansas began to purchase more affordable farms in the area.
In 1971 the families began to worship in the former Beulah Baptist Church building built in 1890. This provided the name of the congregation, which was formally organized on 17 October 1972. In late 1974 work began on a new church building; the first service in the building was held on 4 January 1976. Extensive additions and remodeling were made in 1995.
The Ozark Christian School began in 1978. A separate building for the school was completed in 1988. In 2020 the school was shared with the Safe Haven congregation.
In 2010 the congregation launched the Safe Haven Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, a daughter congregation located west of Versailles. One minister from Beulah joined the new congregation.
In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The ministers were Melvin Koehn, Ron Hauder, and Norman Beachy.
