The Berezyanka Evangelical Mennonite Church in Berezyanka, Ukraine was established in 2004.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 37. The bishop was Lee Stoltzfus of Gap, Pennsylvania (and part of the Maranatha Amish Mennonite Churches), and the ministers were Wayne Hursh and Abner Stoltzfus.
