The Beausejour Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation located four miles north of Beausejour, Manitoba, Canada had its roots in two families who moved to the area from Lebanon, Pennsylvania in 1965. Several years later the families were baptized into the Greenland congregation to which they traveled for worship and communion.

In 1974 five more families moved to the area from Greenland and Whitemouth. The congregation was organized on 29 June 1974. The congregation met for two years in the basement of the Melvin Kurtz family, but in 1976 erected a bungalow-style building on five acres donated by Melvin Kurtz. The first service in the new building was held on 18 July 1976. The building also served as the Willow Grove School; Edgar Wohlgemuth was the first teacher.

In 1988 the congregation bought a used school building from the Greenland congregation and erected it alongside the church, and connected the two buildings with a larger entrance.

Ministers from Whitmouth, Greenland, Steinbach, and Kleefeld served the congregation for 14 years. In 1988 Lorne Schellenberg, a minister at Kleefeld, moved with his family to Beausejour and provided local leadership.

In 2019 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The minister was Arden Dueck.
