The Parkview Mennonite Church in Stevens, Pennsylvania, began in fall 2009 as a church plant of the Martindale Mennonite Church.

In November 2009, the founding church agreed to purchase the Reamstown Church of God building for $980,000. The first service of the new congregation was held 10 January 2010. The final payment for the building was made in July 2015. Numerous Martindale members joined the new congregation.

The congregation was part of the Martindale District of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference. Martindale is a more conservative grouping of churches that adheres to the 1963 Mennonite Confession of Faith instead of the 1995 Confession of Faith.
